You can decide your username while registering on the initial sign-up page for Boolink account. You can change your username after your account has been activated. To do this, you can contact with our support team by requesting your intention through this form. Please do not forget to include your current Boolink username and the name that you want to change with. If you have submitted the request form and get the mail for approved e-mail, you are able to log in to your account with your new username. Your password is not going to change. If you don't remember your current password, you can also change your password with your new username through this link. If you aren't receiving Boolink related emails, you can check the following steps for your account settings:
- You can make sure that the email is not in your Spam, Junk, Promotional, Social or alternative email folders. If the email is in any of the those files, you need to select "not spam" button to receive other Boolink related emails in your inbox directly.
- You can refresh your inbox since sometimes there can be waiting period in receiving any emails.
- You can check your contact details to make sure correct spelling of your email. You can try to use another email address.
- You can contact with your I.T or email provider to check your email's bloked possibility. It can be blocked certain emails from outside of your organization.
- We email you verification link which is active for 72 hours. After it has expired, we can send you a fresh link, when you click the "Resend Verification Link" button.

You can have multiple Boolink profile with the same email address. Just follow the steps below:
- Make sure you lare logged out from your current Boolink account.
- Make sure you use new username in the registration page.
There are a few reasons for the problem. You can check the following steps to figure out the reason.
- You need to enter a valid URL without speliing mistake. Also, you need to make sure your URL is working well.
- Please check for special characters or having space in the typing. Both of them can't be in a working URL.
- There might be HTTPS problem. Please check you have not added "S" to the HTTP at the beginning of your link since all websites can work with a HTTP:// at the start of the link while only some links have "S" in the HTTPS:// to work properly.
- You can ensure you have added a working URL by copying the link after HTTP:// to the new tab.
